Thanks so much, Steph, for looking up these resolutions. 1333 is detailed, extensive, and certainly worth looking at. As you indicate, it seems to provide a sound base on which to build a new Security Council resolution that would put further pressure on the Taliban regime and, if necessary, help to legitimize military action against it.
