JPIA is a scholarly publication exclusively presenting the work of graduate students from professional schools of public and international affairs. JPIA, now in its sixteenth year, provides a unique forum for students of public policy to present their research and analysis of issues of concern to them. It is also an opportunity for professional exchange, collegial interaction, and cooperative academic effort among the members of the Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs (APSIA).
