Journal of Academic Inquiries (JAI) aims to contribute to the accumulation of knowledge in social sciences through publishing both national and international researches that are scientifically qualified in the field of social sciences. JAI is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes the scientific studies and articles in the disciplines of Sociology, International Relations, Political Science, Law, Social Economics, History, Turkish Language and Literature, Human Geography and Communication Sciences. Therefore, JAI’s overarching goal is to promote communication and engagement across theoretical and disciplinary traditions. In addition to theoretical and empirical academic studies in these disciplines, JAI also publishes surveys, symposium and book reviews. Journal of Academic Inquiries is published twice every year in May and November with every issue covering an exclusive topic.
