Abstract
Although there has been an impressive amount of research on North American security post 9/11, much has focused on bilateral issues in the Canada US or the Mexico US relationship. For the most part, scholars have not closely examined the third dyad, the Canada Mexico relationship, and the corresponding challenges to this partnership.
