www.multikulti.de This Web site is home to Radio Multi-Kulti, a truly exceptional station operating in Berlin that broadcasts in 20 languages. Multi-Kulti is a showcase of “the other Germany”—the multitude of ethnic communities that call Germany home—and it uses world music as a bridge between cultures.

www.gazeteoku.com Gazeteoku, a Turkish Web site, features a comprehensive set of links to various Turkish media.

www.migrationsmuseum.de With roughly 7 million people of foreign heritage now living in Germany, planning is under way for a “migration museum” to open in Cologne. www.unionsverlag.com Unionsverlag is a German publishing house. Its Web site highlights the work of, among others, my favorite Turkish novelist, Yasar Kemal.
