www.bbc.co.uk: The British Broadcasting Corporation is one of the world's best news services.

www.cer.org.uk: The Centre for European Reform is a relatively young, London-based, pro-Europe think tank producing analysis on European issues and the future of the continent, both inside the United Kingdom and beyond.

www.iwpr.net: The Institute for War and Peace Reporting is a London-based nongovernmental organization promoting media development and offering a free Internet news service covering crisis regions of the world.

www.esiweb.org: The European Stability Initiative (ESI) is a three-year-old Berlin think tank, most of whose analysts are based in the former Yugoslavia. ESI produces analyses of both the peace processes and issues of concern in southeastern Europe.

www.seerecon.org: The joint European Commission-World Bank Economic Reconstruction and Development in South East Europe Web site provides a good general picture of international support for the region with a useful calendar of forthcoming events.
