Richard Ned Lebow is Professor of Political Science and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh. His previous works include We All Lost the Cold War, with Janice Gross Stein, and Between Peace and War: The Nature of International Crisis.
Thomas Risse-Kappen is Professor of International Politics at the University of Konstanz, Germany. He previously taught at Cornell and Yale Universities and at the University of Wyoming. He is the author of Cooperation Among Democracies: Norms, Transnational Relations, and the European Impact on U.S. Foreign Policy.
