Rethinking Nationalism in the Arab Middle East, by Israel Gershoni and James Jankowski, editors
This volume had its genesis in a workshop on nationalism in the Arab Middle East, sponsored by the National Endowment for the Humanities and held at the University of Colorado in September 1994. We wish to thank the Endowment and the Department of History, the College of Arts and Sciences, the Council on Research and Creative Work, and the Committee on the Arts and Humanities of the University for their financial support.
